Research Abstract

小・中・高校生の基礎代謝量および身体活動レベル(PAL)を正確に測定し、この年齢階級の推定必要エネルギー(Estimated Energy requirement : EER)算出のための日本人のデータを得ることを目的として、小・中・高校生を対象として、フード法による基礎代謝量及び二重標識水(DLW)法によるエネルギー消費量を測定した。また、三次元加速度計を装着して日常生活の身体活動状態を把握するとともに生活活動記録及び食事摂取状況の調査を行った。
