| Research Abstract |
本研究は,子育て支援現場で出会う愛着の形成が気がかりな子どもの支援を現場に即して行うために,臨床心理士の専門研修の開発を目指した.子どもの心理社会的発達と愛着の問題を心理臨床的に捉える枠組みについてのレビュー並びに5種類の子育て支援機関の心理職および施設職員を対象とした専門研修のニーズ調査を行った.その結果,愛着形成が気がかりな子どもの捉え方が職種間で異なることが見出され,子どもの理解を職種間で共通にすることが重要であると示唆された.以上を踏まえて,臨床心理士,多職種,児童福祉関連施設職員(心理職含む),保育士に対する専門研修を対象に即して開発・実践を行った.
