Research Abstract

免疫検査は医療診断や医薬開発の分野で必要となる種々の蛋白質を抗原-抗体の結合反応を用いて検出する方法であり、バイオ計測において基盤となる検出法である。本研究では、磁気マーカー抗体とSQUID磁気センサを用いた新規な磁気的検出法により、B/F(Bound/Free)分離不要の新機能を有する溶液中での免疫検査法を開発した。本検査法の基礎となる溶液中での磁気マーカー抗体のブラウン緩和特性を定量的に明らかにするとともに、この緩和特性を利用したBF分離不要のSQUID検査システムを開発した。また、本システムを用いてhuman IgE 呼ばれるタンパク質やカンジダ菌などの検出実験を行い、本手法の有効性を実証した。
