Research Abstract

新規製法によりナノ単結晶で構成されたファイバー形状の酸化亜鉛材料を作製し、可視光動作光触媒を実現した。
この新材料は、粉体のアセチルアセトン亜鉛有機金属を昇華・再結晶プロセスでファイバー形状に変え、さらに高温水蒸気と熱処理を経て無機材料の酸化亜鉛へ構造変化させることにより得られる。
本研究では、量産に適した高収率光触媒作製装置の開発、可視光における光触媒特性の高効率化、そして、その実装方法について明らかにした。
