Research Abstract

通常の消耗電極式溶接では使用されない純Ar雰囲気中で、安定な溶接を可能とする新構造ワイヤ(ハイブリッドワイヤ)について、適切な組成と構造を設計するための、シミュレーションモデルを開発した。シミュレーションに必要なアークの入熱範囲を推定するために、高速度カメラを使用した電子密度計測法を開発した。シミュレーションモデルを用いて、適切な組成と構造を持つハイブリッドワイヤを提案し、ワイヤ試作により実証を行った。
