Research Abstract

標準的複合材料積層板CFRP の機械継手の引張疲労試験を実施し, その疲労損傷機構を初めて明らかにした. 主に積層構成[0/45/-45/90]3s を使用したが, 積層構成を3Sから2S, [0/45/-45/90] から[90/45/-45/0], また複合材供給メーカを代えてもほぼ同様の結論が得られた. つまり, 静的破壊では繊維の急激な坐屈が破壊の起点であるが, 疲労では接触部の緩やかな圧縮崩壊損傷の進展が破壊の起点である. また, 疲労では接触部での摩擦の不安定性に起因して発生する繰り返し横荷重の役割が大きい.
