Research Abstract |
高齢者でも乳酸閾値レベル(疲労物質の乳酸が蓄積しはじめる直前のレベル)の運動を持続すると体力向上が得られる。そのために手軽に血中の乳酸値を運動中に測定できる簡便な測定装置が求められている。また、高齢者は抗酸化能が低下するため、酸化ストレスレベルを測定して動脈硬化防止策を講じる必要がある。本研究で開発したカーボンナノチューブセンサーは、乳酸や酸化ストレスレベルを簡便に測定できる。
