Research Abstract |
A decline of sport competence was caused when motor learning remained stagnant even if high sport competence students. But the sport competence was enhanced when they could acquire the difficult movement task after the stagnation. Then the decline of sport competence was not caused compared to first stagnation even when motor learning remained stagnant again. Therefore students may positively struggle with new task even after some mistakes in other situations as well as sport situations if students enhanced their sport competence in physical education class.
