Research Abstract

電解還元沈降法によって生成した水酸化マンガンを前駆体とするスピネルマンガン酸リチウムの微細形状制御に関する基礎的な検討をおい、以下の知見を得た。
(1) 水酸化マンガン生成に及ぼす電気化学パラメータの影響を検討したところ、生成機構がマンガンの物質輸送と核生成支配モデルを用いて説明できることが確認でき、直径が1μm以下から数μm以上の円盤状結晶や極めて大きなアモルファスが得ることに成功した。
(2) (1)で得られたマンガン系水酸化物から合成されたマンガン酸リチウムは、電析時の微細形状をほぼ保っていることが確認され、既存法で作製したリチウム含有マンガン系酸化物電極に比べて高いレート特性を有することが分かった
