Research Abstract

チベット=ビルマ系諸言語に属するビルマ語は12世紀以来の豊富な文献をもつ言語である。I. パガン期碑文(12/13世紀)、II. 最古の散文文学作品paaraayana物語(16世紀)、III. ratanaa kre : muM 戯曲(18世紀)にみられる綴り字法・語彙・措辞法の違いを検証した。IとIIから古ビルマ語(OB)からビルマ文語(WrB)への変遷の過程、IIとIIIからWrB自体の変遷の過程、全体からビルマ語史の根幹をなす変化の主流を把握することができた。
