Research Abstract

管理会計とリスクマネジメントの統合について, (1)リスク概念の類型化をはかり, (2)金融機関の事例研究に基づき, 金融機関における管理会計とリスク管理の融合が規制環境の変化に能動的に対応するなかで, 戦略を明示化することを中心に進み, (3)製造業企業における事例研究に基づき, 経営理念が中心となって, 現場レベルでの管理会計とリスクマネジメントが実践知を媒介に融合されていくことを明らかにした。
