Research Abstract

無差別的な細胞傷害性を示さない分子標的薬剤を用いて癌性胸膜炎で胸に細胞浸出液が貯留した肺癌患者を行い、その際に廃棄される胸水を用いることで細胞障害性キラーT細胞が分泌する細胞障害因子グラニュライシン(Gra)を測定し治療反応性との相関を検討した。
