| Research Abstract |
妊娠高血圧腎症(PE)70例において免疫の指標となるTh1/Th2比をフローサイトメトリーで求めた。正常妊娠59例でも同様にTh1/Th2比を求め、正常妊娠の75%タイル値以上をTh1優位、25~75%タイルをTh1/Th2比正常、25%タイル以下をTh2優位と規定した。その結果3群間で臨床症状を比較したところ、重症型の蛋白尿はTh2優位型PEで75%とTh1優位型PEの32.6%に比し有意に高率であり、重度の蛋白尿を呈する症例ではTh2優位型PEが多いことを初めて明らかにした。
