Research Abstract

本研究では骨芽細胞・破骨細胞において、高気圧酸素負荷環境が与えるさまざまな影響について細胞レベルでの解析を行った。増殖能の解析では骨芽細胞、破骨細胞において異なる影響がみられ、分化能の解析では骨芽細胞の分化に影響がみられなかったが、破骨細胞の分化に影響を与えることが分かった。また、両細胞において各種成長因子やサイトカインのmRNA 発現を調整し、破骨細胞の分化に影響を与えることが示唆された。
