Research Abstract

若年子宮頸がん患者が初期治療を決意する過程を支援する看護とは, (1)患者個々の意思決定内容を確認する, (2)患者個々の決定を支持しつつ, 決意の揺らぎや疑問が生じたときには, 随時外来へ電話してよいと伝え, 相談に応じる,(3)特にがんの再発・転移, 術後の流産の可能性およびその他疑問に思うことについては医師に直接聞いてよいと伝え, また聞く力がつくよう支援する, (4)自由に看護師に相談できる窓口を婦人科外来とは離れた場所に設置する,(5)看護師による電話相談のシステム(かける・受けるの双方向)を作り, 活用を促す, 特に医療費ついて相談にのる,である。
