Research Abstract

本研究では、小型のチップの上で化学反応や分析を行う技術として研究が進められているマイクロケミストリシステムやuTAS (Micro Total Analysis System)へ搭載するためのCMOS多機能マイクロセンサチップを開発し、これを搭載したマイクロケミストリシステムの開発を行った。成果として、目標としていた各機能を実現するセンサ回路を実証し、マイクロケミストリシステムへの搭載についても基礎的検証に成功した。
