Research Abstract

ヒト腎細胞癌においてACATのアイソザイムの1つであるACAT-1の発現上昇、それにともなうACAT活性の上昇を報告した。更に臨床的悪性度との相関では、腫瘍サイズや転移の有無、臨床病期との相関は認めなかった。組織学的悪性度とはACAT-1の発現、ACAT活性ともに正の相関を認めた。
