Outline of Final Research Achievements

We conducted a questionnaire survey to collect examples of tablet device utilization in childcare. After that, I visited multiple gardens and created a handbook for utilizing tablet terminals in early childhood education. It also includes the results of using the communication app for children with disabilities.
We have developed a workshop where children can create guidelines for using tablet devices at home with their parents. We collected syllabuses from the university's childcare training course and grasped the status of media utilization. We proposed a curriculum that can be used on tablet devices. In addition, in order to visualize childcare activities, children's activity records were saved on a cloud server and issues were shared.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

幼児教育でのICT活用に関する研究が大きく遅れており,以下のような研究課題の解決が急がれた。①保育でのタブレット端末活用の事例共有。保護者支援に親の情報リテラシー向上を追加する。②保育活動を写真や動画で可視化し蓄積する。③発達障害を有する幼児のタブレット端末活用の知見を蓄積する。④非認知的能力の育成にタブレット端末活用がどのように効果があるのか検証をはじめる。⑤教職課程コアカリキュラムに幼児教育でのICT活用を網羅する。
本研究成果を幼児教育分野に反映させることで,教育を受ける子供達が,将来情報を正しく積極的に活用できるようになり,多様な分野で活躍する人材を育成することが期待できる。
