Keywords乳癌 / FBP1
Outline of Final Research Achievements

We investigated the relationship between FBP1 mRNA expression and clinicopathological factors or prognosis in breast cancer patients, and found a trend toward shorter DFS and OS in low FBP1 mRNA patients. FBP1 expression was higher in patients with positive axillary lymph nodes, and both DFS and OS were significantly worse in patients with positive axillary lymph nodes than in patients with low FBP1 expression.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
