Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Multi-omics data analysis on proteins expressed in human endolymphatic sac of Meniere's disease and vestibular schwannoma patients was completed. We could identified 881 proteins in human endolymphatic sac. Expression profile of several proteins was quite different between Meniere's disease and vestibular schwanooma. We are now evaluating expression amounts as well as expression patterns and trying to see key-molecules which may cause endolymphatic hydros and Meniere's disease.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
