Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research aimed to argue the correlation and causality of whether medical students' behaviors and attitudes could identify the timing and opportunities for students to develop their competencies with data from a quantitative survey of students in their graduating year and a qualitative survey of students in Clinical Clerkship (CC). The quantitative survey revealed that the student's involvement with the faculty members had a strong effect on enhancing the sense of acquisition level of competencies and facilitated the students' adaptation to their post-graduation work (medical care). The qualitative survey revealed that students collaborate with others to learn and complete their tasks. Active involvement with faculty members and other students could keep students motivated to learn and enhance the quality of their learning. This analysis could help seek post-COVID-19 medical education and learning support methods.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
