Research Abstract

亜臨界および超臨界水熱合成法を用いて合成された酸化物ナノ結晶は、結晶性が高く有機分子によるin-situ表面修飾により表出する結晶面や粒形をコントロールすることができる。このように結晶形状制御された試料を用い、これまで明らかになっていない有機-無機(主に酸化物)ハイブリッドナノ結晶の構造およびその電子状態のサイズおよび表出表面(morphlogy)効果を明らかにした。
