Research Abstract

疎水性ガス拡散層における水分排出モデル開発
固体高分子形燃料電池のカソード側ガス拡散層(GDL)を、並列疎水性円管流路で模擬し、GDL内フラディング機構を考察した。またこの解析で使用するGDL内の等価細孔径分布を、実験的に求めた。この結果、水排出流路以外に、これらと連通した独立内部空隙を有するGDLモデルの必要性が示された
親水性ガス拡散層における水分排出モデル開発
速乾繊維類似の、表面にV 溝を有する親水性繊維1本を水に垂直に立て、強制対流中に置いた場合の、繊維からの水蒸発特性をモデル化した。この結果、このような親水性GDL により電池の生成水分を十分に排出できることが示された。
