Research Abstract

トウカイコモウセンゴケを無菌株化し、発芽および花序形成数について解析したところ、恒常的な実験条件下でも集団間および個体間の違いが見られた。また、核ゲノムにコードされるatpG遺伝子の発現解析、および制限酵素を用いたメチル化の解析から、トウカイコモウセンゴケでは両親種由来の遺伝子の双方が発現している可能性が示唆された。
