Research Abstract

ダイズ等の作物の生産性を高めるための一つの解決策は、環境から受けるストレスに対する耐性を向上させることです。そのためには、どのような耐性機構が働いているか、遺伝子レベルで突き止めることが重要です。この研究では、マメ科のモデル植物がストレスに応答してどのような遺伝子を発現させているか、悪い土壌環境から受けるストレスを中心にDNAチップを使って解析しました。データは一般公開を目的としています。
