Research Abstract

パルブアルブミン(魚類の主要アレルゲン)のIgEエピトープ(IgE抗体と結合する部位でアレルギーの発症に関わる)を解析し、魚類アレルギーの免疫治療に有望な改変パルブアルブミンを作製した。トロポミオシン(甲殻類・軟体動物の主要アレルゲン)のIgEエピトープを明らかにし、さらにIgEエピトープを認識するモノクローナル抗体の確立に成功した。また、甲殻類アレルゲンとしてsarcoplasmic calcium-binding proteinを、軟体動物アレルゲンとしてパラミオシンを、それぞれ新たに同定した。
