Research Abstract

MutYH遺伝子SNPが肝発がんの予測マーカーとしての有用であることが示唆された。またChIP on chipアッセイにより接着分子、転写因子および血管新生因子などをはじめとする101種類の遺伝子が損傷を受けることが明らかとなった。さらに治療・予防実験として、鉄キレート剤が酸化的DNA損傷を介した肝発癌の阻止に有効であることを検証した。
