Research Abstract

本研究では、歯周病と膠原病の感受性に関わる共通遺伝子を解明し、感受性に関連した歯肉組織中のRNA発現と好中球におけるタンパクを同定することを目的とした。解析の結果、歯周炎・膠原病患者のFc受容体、インターロイキン1,6の関連が明確となり、また好中球産生タンパクとしてシトルリン化変換酵素タンパクの発現亢進、さらに歯周炎歯肉組織での共通変動遺伝子発現が同定された。
