| Research Abstract |
代表的な有向グラフ描画法として, 階層的描画を求めるSugiyamaらの方法が知られている. 本研究では, この方法の各ステップについて考察し, 従来の方法の改良を行った. また, 辺交差数と描画幅削減のため, 垂直・水平線分のみを用いて辺を描く方法を開発した. さらに, 頂点がラベルをもつグラフに対して, グラフ描画を求めた後, できるだけ大きな文字サイズを使ってラベルを配置する方法を提案した.
