| Research Abstract |
本研究では非保健職である本社人事担当者が、時間管理の重視や過重労働対策に関する教育実践等を通じて時間外労働の短縮を行った。調査対象者は企業X社(上場企業、製造業)の人事部員の所属し、平成19年10月より実践に着手した。彼らは主として、(1)労働時間管理、(2)事業所産業医との契約更新、職場環境改善等の教育・指導を徹底した結果、過重労働が顕著であった3部門(設計、製造、納入)において改善が見られた
