Research Abstract

本研究では公共的緑地に着目し、わが国の三大都市圏の中心部を対象として、GIS(地理情報システム)を利用して密度指標としての公共的緑地の配置計画の評価を行った。三大都市圏中心部の公共的緑地の分布や配置計画の現状をGISにより詳細な空間スケールで把握して評価を行うだけではなく、特に著しい緑地不足地域においては低未利用地での緑地整備、総合設計制度の導入に加えて、環境保全のための建物緑化による緑被率の向上などの改善策を詳細な地区単位で具体的に提言した。
