Research Abstract

アジア各地(海外ではマレーシア国ペナン州、フィリピン国パナイ島、国内では北海道東部、東京湾)を対象として、地域共同体が主体となるアジア型沿岸資源管理の歴史的経過と現状について、文献調査および現地調査を、また、西欧との比較対照のために英国南部において沿岸域管理に関する調査をおこない、利害関係者間の協議による民主的制度の実現が最大の課題であると結論した。
