Research Abstract

テトラクロロエチレンおよび関連物質による土壌地下水汚染は、全体の汚染件数の約37%を占め、その汚染浄化が必要である。その方法として微生物学的浄化(バイオレメディエーション)が効率的で経済的な手段であるが、汚染サイトに分解微生物が存在している必要がある。そのため、分解微生物の網羅的検出方法(DNAマイクロアレイ法)を開発し、合わせて汚染サイトの微生物相を分子生物学的方法で解析した。
