Research Abstract

熱型赤外線検出器を集積し、画素間の信号をアナログ信号処理する機能を持った非冷却赤外線アレイセンサの感度向上を目的として、マイクロレンズ付赤外線センサを実現するデバイス構造を提案するとともに、赤外線マイクロレンズの設計手法を確立した。提案したデバイス構造を実現する製造プロセスを開発し、5×5画素マイクロレンズ付非冷却赤外線アレイセンサを試作した。
