Research Abstract

生体膜内在性のバクテリオファージPR772由来の3種のウイルス構成タンパク質、メジャーキャプシドタンパク質、マイナーキャプシドタンパク質、及びペントンタンパク質と、リガンド既知の7 回膜貫通型受容体とウイルス膜タンパク質との融合タンパク質を大腸菌で共発現させ、その菌体内で、生体膜中に融合タンパク質を保持すると推測されるウイルス様粒子の再構成及び精製に成功。新規7 回膜貫通型受容体のリガンドスクリーニングのための基本プロセスを構築した
