Research Abstract

中欧諸国は、共産主義から資本主義へのシステム転換過程において経済構造転換も追求してきた。多国籍企業の積極的誘致もその一環であった。しかし、地場企業育成のための産業政策は弱かった。製造業における「二重構造」(外資系企業と地場企業の関係の弱さ)と金融面での「外銀支配」が、2008 年秋以後の世界不況の中欧諸国への波及要因となった。中欧諸国の持続的発展のためには地場企業発展を促す産業政策が必要である。
