| Research Abstract |
中越地震発生後の小中学校での児童生徒ならびに保護者および教職員への"こころのケア"の個別相談と健康調査票結果に基づき、自然災害後の危機的介入後のアフター・ケアのガイドライン作成を行った。ポストベンションを"ハネムーン期""現実直面期""立て直し期"の3つに区分し、個別相談は相談内容を14、対応を9つに分類し分析検討を行った。各期の相談内容と対応、健康調査票の経時的変化から小学6年生の変化の特徴と危機的体験をした児童生徒の回復においても分離-個体化の過程を考慮したアフター・ケアの必要性が考えられた。
