| Research Abstract |
幾何学, 物理学に現れる非線形問題の解明に不可欠である非線形微分方程式の解の漸近挙動に関する問題について, 従来の微分方程式論に実関数論, 力学系理論を加えた方法による研究を行い, 非線形楕円型, 放物型微分方程式に対して多くの研究成果を得た.本研究の成果には微分幾何学, トポロジー, 数理生態学, 最適化理論において重要な結果が含まれている
