Research Abstract

多次元MPTセンサを製作し、マイクロ流路断面ナノ粒子位置の全パターンの感度マップを計算した。さらに、定量供給における画像再構成法のパラメータを、最適に調整した。実際にナノ粒子をマイクロチャンネル内に供給し、ナノ粒子濃度をインピーダンスの時間変化として計測した。電圧を周波数パラメータとして振ったところ、マイクロチャンネル内で粒子に動きを与えることがわかり、ある一定の周波数ではナノ粒子は静止した。
