Research Abstract

CO_2冷凍サイクルにおいて,無潤滑で小型のタービン形膨張機の適用による性能向上を試みた.矩形ノズルを用いて遷移臨界膨張過程を検討し,約90%の効率で超音速流が得られた.また,ノズルからタービン間での噴流の損失を減らすために衝動式軸流タービン形膨張機を試作し,1700rpmにおいてその回転数における理論動力に対して約14%の効率を得た.低トルク高回転形の発電機の使用により,さらなる効率向上が可能である.
