Research Abstract

エキソンシャッフリングと遺伝子重複の連動から生じた興味深い遺伝子PIPSLを見出した。PIPSL配列の保存性には種特異性が見られ、特徴的な進化様式を経て現在に至ることが判明した。ヒトPIPSLの分子進化様式を探るために、世界11地域の人類集団(125人)のゲノムDNAを用いて多型解析を行った結果、人類の出アフリカ後に広まったと推測されるハプロタイプが明らかになった。これらは、キナーゼドメインの基質結合部位付近の非常に近接した2つの座位に非同義置換SNPを有する。派生型PIPSLの基質との結合能に影響を与えている可能性が考えられる。
