Research Abstract |
In this study, we have studied to clarify the mechanism of occupancy of soybean-nodulating rhizobia under various environmental conditions. We clarified environmental factors, soil temperature and soil pH for establishment of soybean-nodulating rhizobia flora through the analyses about bacterial culture and composition of flora of soybean-nodulating rhizobia under various temperature, gene expression analysis under various pH conditions, and horizontal gene transfer.
