Research Abstract

加齢とともに毛髪が薄くなったり、細くなるなどの悩みを抱える人が非常に多く存在する。そこで毛髪を維持・成長させる遺伝子を遺伝子改変マウスを用いて探索する実験を行った。その結果、遺伝子改変マウスを作製することには成功したが期待したような毛髪に変化のある表現型観察されなかった。
