| Research Abstract |
Periostinによる膀胱癌細胞の浸潤・転移抑制の分子機構を解明するために、免疫沈降法と質量分析計を用いて、 Periostinと結合する蛋白質としてMAP キナーゼファミリーに属するTAK1の活性化因子であるTAB1を同定した。さらに、TAB1およびTAK1 のsiRNAノックダウン実験などにより、Periostin による膀胱癌細胞の浸潤能の抑制にはTAB1/TAK1 シグナル経路が重要な働きをしていることを明らかにした
