Research Abstract

不斉記憶という概念を用いた反応開発を行い、C-O軸性不斉エノラートを経由する不斉反応に初めて成功した。また、本反応の重要な活性中間体であるC-O軸性不斉エノラートの性質についても部分的に明らかにした。次にC-N軸性不斉エノラートを経由する不斉記憶型反応を用いるマンザシジンAという工学活性な生理活性天然物の全合成研究に着手した。マンザシジンAは将来的に抗ガン剤などの医薬品としての可能性を秘めている化合物である。
