Research Abstract

ミオシン1EはTail Homology(TH)2領域を介してホスファチジルイノシトール(4,5)二リン酸[PI(4,5)P2]、あるいはPI(3,4,5)P3と結合し、モータードメインを介してアクチンフィラメント上を移動することで、細胞運動先端部位における細胞形態を調節することを見出した。また、ミオシン1EのTH2領域に結合する新規タンパク質としてSH3P2を見出し、それがミオシン1Eの機能調節因子である可能性を提示した。
