Research Abstract

経皮吸収性の化粧品や医薬品を開発する上で、吸収する物質と、その透過経路に存在する角層細胞間脂質との相互作用を理解することは必要不可欠である。今回、当課題の研究協力者である八田一郎氏(高輝度光科学研究所JASRI/SPring-8)らが開発した溶液環境制御セルを用いることで、経皮浸透過程における物質と角層細胞間脂質の相互作用をリアルタイムで観察することが可能となり、これを用いて有機溶媒の細胞間脂質溶出過程や、角層に対する水の吸着挙動を解析することに成功した。
