Research Abstract

本研究では、針電極加温方式の欠点である加温領域が狭いという欠点を克服するために、従来のステンレス製針電極に代えて、新たに形状記憶合金製針電極を用いた加温システムを提案し、その加温特性を検討した。コンピュータシミュレーションおよび加温実験の両面から形状記憶合金製針電極を用いることで、その形状に応じた加温領域の拡大が確認できた。
