Research Abstract |
本研究ではBBB透過リガンドとして、ブラジキニンB1受容体アゴニストである合成ペプチド及び、腫瘍標的リガンドとして、ラミニン様ペプチドを用いた。これら二つのリガンドをPEG-リポソームのPEG末端に結合させ、リポソームを調製した。このリポソームを用いることで、in vitroにおける、BBB透過性及び、腫瘍細胞内取り込み能が確認された。よって、この新規リポソームによって、脳腫瘍に対する効果的なBNCT開発の可能性が示唆された。
