Research Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop the new cancer vaccine with polysomal RNA(the complex of RNA and peptide). Furthermore, we would like to show the induction of the CTL and Natural Killer Cell by polysomal RNA which is pre-treated with the low dose paclitaxel.
